Rob studied a Leisure Marketing degree at Bournemouth University. He has worked within the football industry since 2003 at clubs such as Southampton FC and Northampton Town FC. He is currently the commercial director at AFC Bournemouth alongside which he works on a business club called AFC Business.

Rob is also an active member of the business community both locally and nationally having taken on roles including; Junior Vice President, Senior Vice President and President of Dorset Chamber of Commerce & Industry in which he supported and promoted the thriving business community in the local area.
