Hi everyone
Thought I would introduce myself. My name is Cheryl, I turned 40 this year, I’ve been in the care industry for 21 years. I moved from Southampton to Cornwall 10 years ago, where I worked in a small charity run nursing home as their activities co-ordinator, now I work for a young woman with cerebral palsy as one of her two personal assistance. I have always been the person who arranges the events. I planned my own wedding single handed in less than 6 months, I help my sister and my make of honour plan both their weddings, I have done charity fundraising events for Mind as well as large scale birthday parties for the family. I thrive on making people smile and love seeing people have fun.
I would love to work for a hotel by the sea in Cornwall as their wedding planner, or a holiday park as their entertainment and events manager. I am so lucky I have a husband that supports all my crazy plans in life and puts up with me constantly “doing”.
