The Elumni Events Officer is responsible for creating, organising and delivering a suite of in-person, hybrid and online events for the newly created elumni community. The post-holder will play an important role in helping to create a vibrant community of elumni (former online programme participants), strengthening their connection with the school and helping them to meet their professional development goals.
The Oxford Saїd Elumni Network is an online platform and global hub for the elumni community. This community consists of over 40,000 business leaders from 177 countries. This role is crucial to growing this network, maximising engagement and ensuring that the goals of the elumni community are met.
The post holder will use data and feedback to create a programme of meaningful, strategic events that provide networking and learning opportunities for this community. They will liaise with a number of stakeholders including faculty, head tutors, colleagues and elumni..The post holder will report to the Elumni Community Manager and sits in the Development Alumni Relations team. The role will work closely with the Central Marketing and online Executive Education teams to ensure the successful execution of the elumni community strategy.
