Stedman Brothers Events provide high quality bar services to major outdoor events in many parts of the UK covering live music shows, sporting events & cultural festivals. We install and operate mass serve bars for daily audiences up to 25k often supporting world renowned artists such as Tom Jones, Liam Gallagher, Lewis Capaldi, Michael Bublè and many more in venues and arenas across the country.

We are now seeking an additional Operations Manager to become part of our dynamic crew delivering a first class service to our clients in a vibrant and fast moving team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with all aspects of set up; installing bars, infrastructure and dressing the site. Managing stock and staff on show days. Participate in post-event breakdown, ensuring the site is left clean and tidy and all equipment returned.
• Ensure set up and breakdown is carried out efficiently and that you are following safe working practices.
• Provide the Operations Supervisor with any appropriate feedback to include problems encountered.
• Behave in a professional manner at all times and adhere to company rules and standards, including when travelling to and from events and staying in company provided accommodation.
• Any other duties that may be required from time to time for the smooth running and delivery of a successful event.
