Key Responsibilities:

Supporting Customer Check-in at the Desk:

  • Assist customers with check-in process to boutique campsite
  • Collect customer details, assign tent numbers, and direct to campsite map or colleague for further assistance
  • Provide friendly assistance to customers throughout the campsite when not at check-in desk

Supporting the Campsite Manager:

  • Provide accurate information to customers through face-to-face interactions and daily bulletins
  • Serve as a central point for campers to report issues and provide feedback in a friendly manner
  • Manage lost property until it can be taken to the Customer Information point
  • Collaborate with waste team to promote on-site cleanliness by providing bin bags, recycling information, and designated tent disposal areas
  • Report issues related to waste management, infrastructure, lighting, sanitation, signage, and customer flow to Event Control

To Liaise With Customer Services Manager:

  • Stay informed about all campsite-related customer issues
  • Be notified of any issues that may impact the entire site

Safety Oversight:

  • Handle medical emergencies by alerting necessary parties or following training protocol
  • Manage fire incidents by alerting required parties or following training protocol
  • Identify health and safety issues
  • Mark potential hazards until addressed by relevant team
  • Communicate issues to Event Control for timely resolution
