Key Responsibilities

  1. Conference and Private Hire Management
    • Oversee bookings, assist Sales Team, and be lead contact for C&E event clients
    • Enhance documentation for corporate clients and collaborate for event profitability
  2. Advancing Events (Concerts, Comedy, Sporting Events)
    • Provide venue info, create on-sale plans, and book staff
    • Collaborate for excellent customer service and event experience
  3. Duty Manager Responsibilities
    • Manage Health & Safety, brief teams, and handle incidents during events
    • Maintain detailed logs and reports for contractor performance
  4. Expenditure Management
    • Manage event expenditure, produce costings, and communicate costs to clients
  5. Health & Safety Oversight
    • Ensure health & safety at the venue, complete documentation, and review assessments with the team
