Responsibilities:

• Set out project timeline for an events using spreadsheets provided
• Project administration such as coordinating AV crew, venue, sponsors, speakers, suppliers
• Client liaison to manage deadlines and deliverables
• Taking minutes in meetings and sending follow up emails
