Key responsibilities:

  • Ownership of venue digital signage
  • Create event packs and key briefing documents for the event managers
  • Create welcome packs for clients and organisers, placing orders across the financial cycle
  • Support the event duty managers during the operational periods of events on site
  • Attend site visits with clients to understand different event requirements
  • Proactively establish and maintain effective internal and external working relationships with all departments, supply partners and external suppliers.
  • Recommend and implements improvements that will help to grow our business further.
