Key Responsibilites:

  • Liaising with and advising our clients and agents
  • Fostering fantastic relationships with our clients, gaining their trust 
  • De-briefing the Regional Sales team and Resort Sales teams with all relevant event feedback
  • Providing flexible and supportive service to our clients whilst in house
  • Managing all requests in a supremely professional, positive and diplomatic way
  • Building strong working relationships across the estate
  • Planning, in conjunction with our Regional Sales Manager
  • Proactively setting up and developing concepts and undertaking project work 
  • Setting up standard and quality practices for all events
