Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer material and service procurement, analysing the local and international markets find the very best supply partners to MATCH.
  • Coordinate Operations Team Training Project and related administrative processes.
  • Assist in procurement, tender, appointment, and contracting administration.
  • Manage documentation at all stages of the procurement process.
  • Reconciliation and allocation of costs post-event.
  • Be a critical part of the delivery of a set of events, such as BGP, MotoGP, BTCC and Silverstone Festival.
  • Track and consolidate daily readiness reports and operational service reports.
