Requirements

  • Self-motivated with strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge/experience in the events industry.
  • Problem-solving ability and confidence in conducting interviews.
  • Strong IT skills, adaptability to management software.
  • Ability to work autonomously across projects, meeting deadlines.
  • Team player with willingness to learn and a full UK driving license.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate staff across multiple events using our management software.
  • Conduct interviews and maintain positive relationships with event staff.
  • Represent and promote work at recruitment events.
  • Assist the Marketing Team in social media and job advert development.
  • Ensure effective communication with staff pre-event and on-site.
  • Act as a point of contact for staff and on-site leadership teams.
  • Create and analyze post-event surveys for feedback.
  • Contribute to recruitment strategies and uphold company values.
  • Oversee and contribute to achieving organisational goals.
  • Reports to the Event Staffing Coordinator.
