Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of various events.
  • Act as a point of contact for branches, coordinating date availability and booking out cars for events.
  • Assist with admin related duties to events, such as Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
  • Manage hotel reservations for event participants.
  • Coordinate with venues and the events team to ensure all relevant permits have been received prior to the event taking place.
  • Available on the phone at weekends – in case of any event/venue complications.
