Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with and report to the Meeting and Events Manager
  • Establish client requirements and identify how our hotels can meet their needs
  • Respond to event inquiries through emails and phone calls in-line with company standards
  • Ensure prompt and courteous communication while maximising reservations, sales, occupancy, and revenue
  • Utilise strong IT skills to accurately input all inquiries into Sales and Reservations systems
  • Build relationships and networks with internal and external stakeholders
  • Positive team player, supporting objectives and budget achievement
