As Events Production Assistant you will work closely with the Event Producers to support delivery across their full portfolio of projects. Responsibilities will include:
-Assisting with event planning from initial stages through to delivery
-Providing administrative support throughout
-Playing a key role in the creative process at pitching stage
-Preparing and updating event schedules
-Working with external suppliers to organise requirements
-Liaising with hire crews for staffing purposes
-Coordinating logistics for cast and crew
-Attending events onsite to support with live event delivery
-Supporting with production budgets
