This exciting and varied placement will primarily be working within the National Events Team providing the vital support to a team of Event Managers and Event Business Partners as well as acting as our initial point of contact for event participants, supporters, and other key stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include providing admin support and fulfilment for specific events, managing internal processes (purchase orders, hire cars, travel booking, event equipment management etc.), managing event attendee lists as well as managing online registration for RNLI events.
