Key Responsibilities:

Pre Event:

  • Manage Charity Concierge enquiries and create volunteer rotas
  • Handle volunteer accreditation and prepare event management plans
  • Procure event supplies and logistics planning

On Site:

  • Liaise with stakeholders and manage volunteers
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery and manage end-of-day processes

Post Event:

  • Process volunteer deposit returns and collect feedback
  • Update event budgets and provide a report on Charity Concierge


  • Travel to 3 UK music festivals
  • Experience with a growing international charity

  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Experience managing volunteers and events
  • Interest in the charity sector
