We are currently looking for a Special Events Coordinator (SEC) to join our team. As an SEC, you will play a pivotal role in managing all inquiries related to Social Banqueting, Weddings, Christmas, and Seasonal Special Events.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively schedule site visits and hotel show rounds, both in-person and virtually as needed, to ensure successful conversion of inquiries.
- You will excel at understanding customer needs and skillfully matching them with our wide range of hotel products and services, ultimately driving maximum revenue from all events and weddings.
- Build and maintain a strong network of local suppliers and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders will be essential for seamless event coordination.
- Your expertise will be crucial in creating detailed and accurate proposals for local event bookings, along with providing written confirmations of all discussions and actively upselling suitable solutions.
