You will be one of the first faces customers will see on their way to the event so a positive, energetic persona is essential while remaining professional in representing Occasionall and the tour Assisting guests with directions and answering any questions  You will also need to keep a proactive mindset to assess any issues that may arise on the day of the event, and report this back to your Supervisor or Manager on the shift.
