We are currently looking to hire a Weddings and Events Coordinator to join our friendly and supportive team. The role will include coordinating wedding and event days and working with couples to achieve their dream wedding plans, within their budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wedding and event day coordination
- Pre-wedding planning with couples discussing budgets, timelines and supplier logistics
- Wedding menu meeting days with couples and the chef to plan the menu for their wedding day, ensuring all are happy with the plans
- Securing new bookings, dealing with initial enquiries, showing couples our beautiful venue and booking their wedding
- Working with the Marketing Team to gain material for use on the website and social media platforms
- Working with the team on supplier showcase events
- General admin with clients by email and phone
- Helping overseeing stock takes, ordering of supplies and diary management
