We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated part-time wedding coordinator to join our growing operational team. Reporting to the Wedding & Events Manager and as a key member of the wedding team, you will be responsible for the smooth coordination and running of 1- 2 weddings per week, managing the entire day for our couples from inception to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and coordinating weddings and events from inception to completion
- Managing enquires, bookings and show rounds – providing information and follow up communications where required
- Overseeing and assisting with wedding and event set up on the day
- Providing coordination support on open days, wedding fayres and styled shoots
- Building and maintaining working relationships with 3rd party wedding suppliers
- Conducting show rounds for perspective and existing couples
- Be an ambassador for the venue and maximising opportunities for sales and marketing
- Overseeing health and safety during events and ensuring a safe environment for staff, couples, guests and suppliers
- Maintaining accurate an up to date records of all bookings, key information and enquires via our CRM system
