This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic person to join our Award-winning Events Team as a Wedding Venue Assistant. An ideal candidate would have excellent communication skills – both verbal & written, strong organisational skills, keen attention to detail, ability to multitask and to be to prioritise tasks effectively. This will be a temporary position with hours, 8.00am to 3.00pm, on every Saturday and Sunday from July to October 2023.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 4 months
Part-time hours: 14 per week

Responsibilities:

• The role would be to help our Wedding Co-ordinators for two days a week. 
• You will provide support to our co-ordinators with everything from venue viewings, venue set up/changeover and office admin including social media. 
• This is the perfect opportunity for someone to get some hands-on experience in a highly acclaimed wedding venue in Canterbury.
