With another record sell-out in the bag, Cream HQ have unleashed more acts to the already stacked bill that reads like a who’s who of the dance world, and with 70,000 music fans flocking to the Cheshire countryside for the August Bank Holiday weekend, Cream fields has once again positioned itself as the unmissable finale of the summer!
Responsibilities:
- Campsite Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the designated campsite zone, ensuring it is well-organised, clean, and adheres to the festival’s policies and guidelines.
- Camper Engagement: Interact with campers, providing information about the campsite facilities, schedules, and activities, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Safety and Security: Ensure the safety and security of campers by monitoring the zone, identifying potential hazards, and coordinating with the festival’s security team to handle any issues or emergencies.
- Team Management: Supervise and support campsite staff or volunteers, delegating tasks, conducting regular team meetings, and fostering a positive working environment.
- Environmental Stewardship: Promote eco-friendly practices and encourage campers to follow responsible waste management and leave-no-trace principles, aiming to minimise the campsite’s environmental impact
