An Incident Management Plan (IMP) is a document that holds a multitude of information that should be used when responding to incidents or crisis.

There are two main sides to an IMP, Response and Communication. You will learn more about the communication side of IMP’s in Module 5, but here, Hailey is going to run you through what operational response is, and more specifically through the basics of reporting and escalation in the face of an event incident.
