Steph Essex is the former Creative Director of Bournemouth 7s Festival, after managing all the creative outputs for over ten years, she went on to become Managing Director of a Bournemouth 7’s brand called Viper 10, until successfully navigating a company buy-out. Steph has since founded Flyhawk Studios, a female-focused brand building studio, that owns the Flyhawk clothing brand.
