Dom is the CEO of INVADES, which operates across sports such as racing, polo and cricket and uses digital and in-person activity to engage and inspire the next generation of fans. They work with 93 Universities in the UK, Ireland, and New Zealand, and have partnerships in place with brands such as Ascot, The Jockey Club and National Express. Their Derby Day LIVE campaign with The Jockey Club saw BBC Radio 1 presenter, Chris Stark, take over their Instagram and go live for every race of the Epsom Derby with special guests including England and Exeter Chiefs Rugby Player Henry Slade, TV personality and Entrepreneur Rosie Fortesque, and Loughborough-based GB athletes Harry Aikines-Aryeetey and Jaz Sawyers.
