For this assessment you will be creating a Gantt chart which will be used to help you plan and execute the major milestones of your event.

Using the information provided in the previous seminar and from your own research, you should aim to include at least 20 key milestones.

Your chart should be based on tasks that would realistically exist for the event that you are planning. You should take into consideration who within your hypothetical team will be assigned to each milestone and how each task will interact with each other.

Excel/Sheets is the easiest software to make Gantt charts, you can usually find templates on there that are ready made that may suit your needs. You may also find free online Gantt Chart software/websites that can help you generate the chart. Either way, please submit in excel/sheets/pdf format below.
