Emily is one of the brightest charity event managers in the country, working for the RNLI across event design, production, health & safety, GDPR, staffing and logistics. She has been a key person in the development of event business and governance for charitable brands and events, as well as volunteer training, welfare and retention for over a decade.

Whilst freelancing into other event sectors, she also operates as venue manager for the prestigious Tobacco Dock venue in London, Studio BOUM, and various other festivals and events such as Larmar Tree festival.
