With extensive experience as an Etiquette Consultant, Jo delivers professional training to individuals, groups, HNWs, families, luxury brands, retail and hospitality businesses. Jo has worked across many different media channels, having conducted interviews for newspapers, magazines, television and radio. Jo has plenty of experience in PR and brand partnerships. She’s worked in partnership with huge brands including Barclaycard, Compare-the-Market, GLH Hotels, Royal Mail and Stansted Airport. Jo’s put her knowledge to print, having published over 15 books on etiquette and manners.
