Marcus’s career started from humble beginnings running his own small business that hosted the annual Bristol University Black Tie Balls. From there, his agency – Hype Party Planning – became the UK’s leading event company providing large parties corporate and private clients.After 15 years, he sold the business and started Marcus Rendle Associates. MRE creates bespoke event solutions for a more selective private and corporate client base both in the UK and overseas. Now presently the Operations Director for Entertainment Industries, his experience covers sports, interpersonal skills, planning, branding and identity, project delivery, and client relations.
