We are a fast growing unique Event Planning Service based in South East London. We are looking for an experienced highly competent Events Co-ordinator to work on the celebrations side of the business, to start on a part-time basis which ideally will progress to full time. The post involves liaising with personnel and management at the venues and supplier businesses and will involve both face to face meetings as well as telephone and written contact. It will also include booking, creating databases and purchase orders for the various services required. Knowledge of social media particularly Instagram is a distinct advantage. Ideally you will have a minimum of 18 months experience in the above fields and posses the skills to help assist the growth of the company. This will become a very varied position, so you should like variety and be adaptable.
A lively personality with smart appearance and team player with a serious work attitude is a must; full drivers licence desirable. Hours 12.00pm – 5.00pm Wednesday – Thursday and 10.00am – 3.00pm Friday @ £11.23 per hour. 28 days holiday per annum pro rata, phone and travel expenses also available, with commission on target payable too.
