Main Duties

  • As the Event Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the team with day to day operational and administrative duties, working on upcoming projects to ensure execution of the events.
  • Creating decks, event bibles and other documentation to support the event and post event reporting
  • Management and coordination of third-party suppliers across pre-& post-production and live events including logistics and invoicing.
  • Onsite support/management for event load in, live days and load out
  • Work closely with the rest of the Partnerships and Events team as a strong unit
